Shipping and Delivery Policy

Textile Section Foundation strives to provide a reliable and secure shipping experience, whether for samples or bulk orders.

1- Delivery areas

We ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with shipping services available for companies and customers in the Gulf and Middle East countries as per agreement.

2- Delivery time

Samples are shipped within 2–4 business days .

The delivery period for bulk orders starts from the date of completion of production, and usually takes 5–10 working days depending on the size of the order and the customer’s location.

3- Delays or malfunctions

The organization is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or circumstances beyond its control (such as disasters or government shutdowns).

In the event of receiving a damaged or incomplete shipment, the organization must be notified within 48 hours , along with photos and evidence; otherwise, receipt will be considered an acknowledgment of the shipment's validity.

4- Shipping fees

Shipping fees are determined according to the size and destination of the order, and are added to the final invoice unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees do not include any customs duties or taxes imposed by other countries, which are the customer's responsibility upon import.

• Once an order or purchase is confirmed through our website or communication channels, the customer acknowledges having read and agreed to these policies.
• The Textile Division Foundation has the right to amend any of these policies at any time, provided that they are officially published through the approved channels.
