These terms represent the formal agreement between the Textile Division and the client, and regulate all commercial and service operations, whether in design, supply, printing or delivery.
1. Orders and Payment
Sending the order and approving the sample or design is considered official approval from the client, and implementation begins after the full amount or advance payment has been transferred.
Production is scheduled after payment, and the merchant retains the full right to refuse to execute the order without receiving payment.
2. Samples
Samples are requested for a nominal fee plus shipping costs, and the institution's approval to carry out the request does not mean that both parties agree.
Purchasing a sample constitutes preliminary approval of the quality and type of material, and is used for display or testing purposes only.
3. Design Services
Design rights belong to the Textile Division Foundation unless a written transfer of ownership is agreed upon.
The customer is entitled to only 2 to 3 modifications according to the agreed package, and any additional modifications are charged at a separate cost.
The organization is not responsible for delays caused by the client's delay in responding, reviewing, or approving.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All models, samples, designs, and content provided by the organization are protected by intellectual property rights, and copying or redistribution without official permission is prohibited.
If the client uses his own designs, he acknowledges his full responsibility for any legal liability resulting from the infringement of the rights of others.
5. Confidentiality and data protection
The organization is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data, and it is not shared with third parties except to the extent required to fulfill the order.
6. Disclaimer
The organization is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, or failure to follow washing and care instructions for the product.
If there is any problem with the order, it must be reported within 72 hours of the date of receipt, otherwise it will be considered full acceptance of the order.
